It's true. I have somewhat of a love affair with my crimper. She's been at my side for years. She was even there on my wedding day. There's just something soothing about adding a couple of unexpected crimps to spruce up a hairdo. It's one of my many quirks, I suppose. So, in honor of my favorite styling tool, I've posted some really admirable hairstyles that could not have been possible without the aid of a crimper.
And here's to one of my very favorite quirky films, Gypsy 83, where the crimper makes several appearances on the lovely Sara Rue.
